PraxiHub is the research and knowledge initiative associated with Praxifi. It creates a transparent, publicly accessible, and verifiable body of research around blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, autonomous finance, wealth technology, artificial intelligence, and financial automation.

PraxiHub is not a university, academic institution, regulated financial institution, investment adviser, certification body, or peer-reviewed academic journal.

Publication on PraxiHub does not constitute university approval, institutional accreditation, independent certification, or regulatory endorsement.

By accessing or using PraxiHub, users agree to these Terms and remain responsible for complying with applicable requirements.

PraxiHub provides research, editorial analysis, educational material, and general information. Content is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

Use of PraxiHub or correspondence through its forms does not create an investment-adviser, fiduciary, legal, tax, accounting, employment, partnership, confidential, or client relationship.

Users may access, link to, quote, and reference public content for lawful research and educational purposes, subject to accurate attribution, these Terms, and applicable intellectual-property rights.

• Misrepresenting content, authorship, classification, source, or publication status
• Unauthorized access, disruption, harmful automated collection, or security circumvention
• Using PraxiHub content or services for fraud, unlawful activity, or fabricated credentials or claims
• Submitting material without the necessary rights, permissions, citations, or lawful basis

PraxiHub branding, interface, and platform-created materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Contributors retain ownership of their original works and grant PraxiHub a non-exclusive right to publish, display, archive, distribute, and promote the submitted content.

This license does not transfer ownership and permits continued archival treatment of publication history, corrections, revisions, and withdrawals. Cited academic papers remain owned by their authors or publishers. PraxiHub must not reproduce complete copyrighted papers without permission or another lawful basis.

Charts, figures, images, datasets, and tables require permission, a valid license, public-domain status, or another lawful basis. Citation does not automatically authorize full reproduction. Third-party trademarks remain owned by their respective holders.

Authors and submitters are responsible for originality, accurate authorship, citations, permissions, disclosures, confidential information, and compliance with applicable law. They must have authority to submit the work and grant the publication and archival license described above.

PraxiHub is associated with Praxifi. Material conflicts and any direct relationship between submitted work and Praxifi must be declared. Submission does not create employment, partnership, academic affiliation, or institutional endorsement.

PraxiHub may edit accepted work for clarity, formatting, citation consistency, accessibility, and legal compliance, and may reject, correct, withdraw, or archive content. Submission does not guarantee review, acceptance, publication, continued availability, or a response timetable. Publication does not equal peer review unless a separate documented review process occurred.

External sources, links, trademarks, quotations, datasets, figures, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms. PraxiHub does not control third-party availability, accuracy, security, or later changes.

Publication does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or continued currency of information. Content may contain uncertainty, limitations, omissions, or errors and may later be corrected, revised, or withdrawn. Users remain responsible for their own research, verification, professional consultation, and decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PraxiHub and its contributors are not responsible for losses, damages, costs, or claims arising from reliance on content, inability to access the service, third-party materials, technical failures, or user decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

PraxiHub may update these Terms as functionality or applicable requirements evolve. Material changes will be published on this page.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute shall be handled by a competent court or authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
